Biodiesel Research

When it comes to biodiesel research there is truly a wealth of free information on the web these days. Some of it is published by companies explaining the biodiesel process, some of it Uncle Sam kindly donated to the public, others are research papers published by universities. This page is going to be about free research papers done at universities and conducted by the US government. exploring alternant methods and processes, of making, storing, and just about anything else relating to biodiesel.

Biodiesel research: Don't expect the great American Novel here. Most of this material, while incredibly informative, is not exactly what I would call riveting literature. It is also not meant to be. These are very dry, very precise details on just about all aspects of biodiesel. (These documents come courtesy of www.biodieselgear.com)

Biodiesel and Algae

This is one of the more exciting new developments in biodiesel technology; the use of algae as feedstock for biodiesel. A lot of work and exploration still needs to be done in this area but it is so far looking very promising.

A Master's Thesis from Ohio State university. This is one of the very best I have found so far on this subject.
