This appleseed reactor kits can be assembled onto your water heater in an afternoon at a small fraction of the cost of those plastic processors and its all steel processor tank is safer than plastic. The plastic processors will stretch and leak if hot oil is loaded into them. The steel tank used with the Biodiesel Processor Kit can be run at optimum conversion temperatures (130 F to 140 F) without fear of leaking.

The standard plumbing is partially assembled by machine bringing the number of fittings that need to be taped and tightened from nearly 50 to about a dozen. Having less parts to assemble means you can be up and running faster! The fittings are torqued to the correct tightness using pneumatic equipment, preventing leaks from either over or under tightening.

This biodiesel kit, when assembled, is an Appleseed Reactor. When fully assembled you will be able to make biodiesel from vegetable oil for under a dollar per gallon. The plumbing will be pre-assembled to reduce assembly time.
