Who we are... I've always been interested in alternative energy. In 1995, I was touring Vietnam and saw farmers adding vegetable oil directly into their tractors for fuel. I couldn't believe it. Later doing research I found that the Allies and Germans during World War II used to do the same thing. I was hooked. This grew into a business in South-east Asia, then I started consulting on projects. Word got around and I started teaching what I knew at universities, to people who really needed the information. In Vietnam, in Thailand, and other developing countries, these people were true biofuel pioneers. ...Now that the world has gone biodiesel crazy It's not as much fun. It's big business. I'm 49 years old and never did like to play games much. Don't get me wrong, I'm no guru. I don't consider myself a professional. I'm a regular guy. I don't have any secrets. But lots of people saw THIS REALLY WORKED. This was long before the "biodiesel mania" started that is going on today. In fact, when I tried to explain to people back in the States what I did their question always was... "...Bio-what?" No one had ever heard of it. That was a long time ago. Now, of course, everything is different. My biggest problem then was finding information I could use.
