web. This means delivery is instant. As soon as your credit card clears, you'll be re-directed to the
download page. You'll also immediately be sent an automatic email with download codes. If you don't
see it, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS. It is almost always there.
If you still haven't received it, let me know and I can re-issue download codes, if necessary.
You are allowed 2 downloads of any product you buy. Meaning you can download to your desktop,
and workshop laptop. (Or where ever) After that, my software will detect any misuse, see it as a copyright
violation, and automatically start disabling your books. You'll need to contact me to get them back. You will
need an internet connection to OPEN these books, after that you can disconnect from the internet and the book will
remain open.
If you buy a product from this website, you are buying a single use license to use
this product. This means for the most part that you are agreeing to use this products on your personal
computers and agree not to share this copyrighted product with anyone else. We employ anti-theft software on all
our products to insure our copyright is not infringed. If abuse is detected, or if a single use license is
detected on more than 2 computers, you understand you run the risk of your license being revoked or
terminated.
If your computer crashes, or you lose the eBook, we'll replace the eBook
(free of charge) for a period of one year. After that, most editions have been replaced with newer editions and
you'll need to buy the current version.
As is mentioned (repeatedly) on the order pages, as well as the download pages, we DON'T support Ipads,
Ipods, Iphones, Kindles, Nooks, etc. No one can cover every application and we don't either. There
ARE NO universal platforms. Since this is repeated under every single "Order Now" button, if you download
it , and you register it, you own it. If you want a refund, OK, BUT DON'T DOWNLOAD IT, AND DON'T REGISTER
IT.

If you want a refund on a paperback, you need
to send it back in the same condition (brand new), preferably in the same package it came in. A 20% restocking
fee will apply. Simply use the form below and ask for an address to return the
book.

Simply email us and cut and paste your (PayPal or Google Checkout) receipt that you received with your
order, that you are unsatisfied with the product (We would like to know why, simply for future
improvements, and to make the product better.) That's all there is to it.
