We guarantee you a no hassle, refund for any reason. Keep the product for up to 30 days. Simply email us and cut and paste your receipt that you received with your order,that you are unsatified with the product (We would like to know why, simply for future improvements, and to make the product better.)That's all there is to it.

We are committed to returning customer sales and are willing to do anything and everything to insure a superb customer experience.

There are however, 2 exceptions to the above:

1. If you're an ebook thief, a serial refunder, or basically a lowlife looking to get something for nothing, move on. I may give you a refund to get rid of you, but if I do, your name is going into a database shared by 1000's of ebook publishers. From that moment on you're going to find it hard to buy anything from ANYBODY on the internet. People like you aren't appreciated in the online world. I'm giving you fair warning here.
2. Anyone who is not bright enough to read a sales page, requesting refunds over things which are clearly spelled out in multiple places, i.e. "I didn't know it was an EBOOK, I thought you were shipping me..." etc. My advice? Learn to read first, then these eBooks might do you some good.

But to anyone, who is honest, and needs to take advantage of an honest guarantee, you'll find us more than easy to deal with.
