We guarantee you a no hassle, refund for any reason. Keep the product for up to 30 days. Simply email us and cut and paste your receipt that you received with your order,that you are unsatified with the product (We would like to know why, simply for future improvements, and to make the product better.)That's all there is to it.

We are committed to returning customer sales and are willing to do anything and everything to insure a superb customer experience.

There is however, 1 exception to the above:

1. If you're an ebook thief, a serial refunder, or basically someone looking to get something for nothing, move on. I may give you a refund, but if I do, your name is going into a database shared by 1000's of ebook publishers and internet sellers. From that moment on you're going to find it hard to buy ANYTHING from ANYBODY on the internet. After thousands of sales, I'm pretty good at spotting you.
