Adding the full color bonus sections to the original book would have inflated the
price by almost 400%. I also couldn’t find a printer who would print a book that large (1024+ pages) as
a paperback. (All wanted it to be a hardback…another price increase) One publisher was willing to split the bonus
material into 2 books, but that would mean you would have to buy 3 books total to get the same material as in the
eBook. We found a publisher who would create a black and white version of the bonus material in
paperback.
